    When you use new software, it’s possible you reach a point where you say, “How does that work?”  In a perfect world, you never get to that point.  But if you do, we want to make sure we’re right there to help you out.

      Hi Donny,

      It sounds like you need support for your QuickBooks file. Please use the QuickBooks Support site or the QuickBooks Community to get back up and running with your QuickBooks file.

      If you need help getting re-set up with Customer Manager, please submit a Support Request on our website. To do so, go to http://customermanager.com/support.html, scroll down till you see “Submit a request to support”, click on the link to submit a request.
