      I would really like the capability to share Sales Orders for each customer.

      Thanks for the feedback, we love hearing from our customers and learning from you. Tell us more about what you’re looking for - would seeing Sales Orders in the activity list with high level information (i.e. sales order number, customer, amount, date, open vs closed) be enough? Or were you thinking more detailed information?

      When is the option to upload data from customer manager 2.5 going to be made available? I have read several articles about intuit loyalty and looking out for it’s client base yet you basically discard a product (customer manager 2.5) that has a very loyal following and leave us in the dust. So 3000 clients and 10000 entries are stuck - and you expect people to move to the new system? What’s to say that you won’t do this again???

      Yes we are listening Patrick… very closely. It is feedback like yours that is helping us improve with every release (we’ve had 3 in the last 3 weeks).

      So, the biggest concern we have in your situation is not providing a smooth experience for people who are wanting to convert from the desktop product to the online and mobile versions of Customer Manager. We really want to make sure there is no disruption to the way you service your customers.

      For the time being, you can import your customer, employee and vendor contact information via our Contact Import tool. Is that enough for you to move over? For some of our desktop customers it is, but not all.

      We deeply value you as a customer and know we’ll have an even better solution for your to use (both online and on your mobile device). We just need a little time to get there (if we aren’t already).
