    cmm_icon_bb_150x1361Dear Customer Manager iPhone Users,

We’re excited to share that Customer Manager for Mobile is now available on your iPhone! You asked for it and we heard you! The iPhoneTM joins the Blackberry CurveTM series as the second line of devices which carry Customer Manager for Mobile application2. We’ve combined all the beauty of the iPhone’s interface with the strong functionality of the Customer Manager for Mobile application to bring you the perfect tool for managing your customers when you’re away from your computer!

Off-site shouldn’t mean out of reach! Customer Manager for Mobile lets you access key details when you’re visiting a customer or simply out of the office. Search for contact information, see open and past due balances for your QuickBooks® customers3, add and view notes, or see a map of a customer’s address1.

“How do I get the app on my iPhone?” If you already attempted to register with your iPhone, all you have to do is click here and you will be directed to iTunes® to download the free application.

If you have not created a mobile account yet, simply visit Intuit Customer Manager, log into your account and click the “Go Mobile” link under “Resources” on the right side of the page. By clicking the gold “Activate Now” icon, you will be guided through the rest of the process.

Thank You! We’d like to give a huge “Thank You” for all your patience and enthusiasm as the Customer Manager Mobile application was being developed for your iPhone, and we are excited to receive any feedback on how we can improve the application to better help your business grow!

I am using Quicken Premier primarily for the check book. How do I re- concile?

    • Sadie Says:

      Hi Bill,

It looks like you are trying to get support regarding your Quicken Premier product. Please use the Quicken Support site or the Quicken Community to get assistance with your Quicken product.

      Thanks,
      Sadie

    • Ben Says:

We are currently using premier for all accounting. Can I use the iphone app to search for company info when I am on the road visiting customers? Can I enter data into the iphone and sync later to update an address, contact, phone etc?

    • ProMac Says:

Oh so close guys. An application on an Apple product deserves sync-ability with QuickBooks for Mac.

    • Jon Says:

      Hi Ben,

Great questions, and I’m happy to answer “yes” to both of them!

You can do all of that, and more, while you’re on the road with your Customer Manager for Mobile application!

      Thanks,
      Jon

      Hi,
Will this software be available on itunes Australia?

      Thanks

    • John Says:

We agree ProMac, but just haven’t gotten there yet. Customer Manager however works on Safari and is Mac compatible, including this mobile application specifically for the iPhone. Thanks for your feedback.

    • Jon Says:

      Hi Kirsten,

Currently the mobile application is only available in the US iTunes store. Thank you for your suggestion and we will keep you updated if this changes.

    • Business as usual Says:

Once again, Intuit comes out with another piece of mediocre software requiring you to subscribe for “additional” services.

I guess the days of customer satisfaction and product quality have given way to the mighty dollar.

    • John Says:

      Hi Kevin ,

It sounds like something went wrong for you, I’m sorry to hear that. We have a well trained support staff mostly working out of Denver Co. They are available for appointment. Check out our support page to contact them at your convenience.

    • Tom Says:

I wish I could upload the photos that I take every time I get ” can’t connect to server. It’s getting frustrating plus I’m having sync issues and have only synced once all others have failed. I believe I’m doing everything properly I mean it worked right the first time and I haven’t changed anything. As for the server issues it’s hit and miss and my other apps and Internet works when this app doesn’t. So what do you think the issue is?

    • John Says:

Hi Tom… someone from our support team will be contacting you (I have sent them your email address). We are happy to help and will get you all straightened out. Thanks for letting us know!!!

    • fred ilarraza Says:

Who uses an iPhone for business? What about an Android version of this application?

    • John Says:

      Hi Fred,

iPhone if very popular with small business owners, the same as it is for consumers. We are looking into Android.

    • Christian Says:
