    The Sync Team has a maintenance scheduled this Monday February 1st 10:00-11:30pm PST.

    Customer Manager will still be available, however sync with QuickBooks may be unavailable during this time. You may receive an error that the server cannot be contacted - this is a normal and Sync Manager will retry and auto-correct once the maintenance is complete.

    We apologize for any inconvenience. We will post updates here on the blog, check back for more details!

    Update: The maintenance has been moved to this evening (Thursday February 4th) starting at 7:00pm PST.

    Update: The maintenance was completed without incident.

      I would like to be able to check a box on prospects not to sync with QBC. In my accounting software, I only want my current clients. I would also like to be able to group my prospects into different catagories, for different types of solictations/keep in touch.
