    Hi there,

    Just wanted to check in and make sure you received the survey we recently sent. You might not have recognized it was coming from us as it was sent from a 3rd party (Decipher Incorporated) who was distributing the survey on our behalf. Rest assured though, it came from us.

    The reason for the survey? We really need your feedback to help us hone in on where Customer Manager is hitting (and missing) the mark. We wanna know everything — what you like, dislike, what puts you to sleep, etc. And if you don’t speak your mind, how can we ever make Customer Manager work better for you?

    So please, do us a huge favor by looking in your Inbox (search the “From:” line for “Decipher Incorporated”) and filling out the survey.

      I never got this in either of my emails I have signed up for customer manager.

      I would love to provide feedback about how poor this software is with support and follow-up. I try to provide feedback, get a call and then everything gets dropped.

      Am I going to have to go to another software. I don’t really want one that is online. I’d prefer to have software that’s internal. Like the old Customer Manager software.

      I don’t want my whole life to be dependent on something that’s online. Otherwise I can go elsewhere that services my industry personally instead of generally.

      Sheila, Thanks for trying Customer Manager out - we’re sorry to see you go, but software as a service (i.e. software on web) isn’t for everyone.
