We have a lot of interesting people from different backgrounds on the Customer Manager Online team - and we thought we’d introduce the first 3 bloggers to you, so you can start to get more acquainted with the team.
Meet John - Product Manager, father of three and huge Bay Area sports fan (GO Giants!). John has been deeply focused on making sure that the Customer Manager Online product experience is easy, intuitive and presents the most important details to business owners about their customers, so they can deliver awesome service. When John’s not working, he’s spending time with his kids, catching a baseball game and earning his keep at home with his toolbox & handiwork. Whether he’s using a hammer or his laptop, John’s ability to fix problems quickly makes him popular at the office and at home.
Meet Sadie - Product Manager, and our most recent addition to the Customer Manager Online team. Sadie has been deeply involved in setting up the blog and keeping our customers in the loop with what’s new and exciting. If you’ve received emails from us giving you the scoop our latest feature updates and new information - that’s Sadie too. When she’s not in the office, Sadie is busy practicing her fluency in 4 different languages (including Mandarin!) with her friends. She also enjoys hosting large dinner parties (no catering allowed, she cooks everything herself). Truly a worldly member of the team!
Meet Nazima - Marketing Manager, whose name means “Poetess” in Persian, but is actually Kenyan by birth, Indian by ethnicity and Canadian by nationality. When she’s not explaining her background, Nazima’s focus has been on making the Customer Manager Online website a great shopping and research experience for visitors. She’s also focused on making it easy for visitors to find the information they need quickly and in a simple and easy way - so if you have suggestions, let her know! Outside of the office, she’s usually taking a yoga class, going for a run, visiting family and friends in Canada or cooking up a few spicy Indian dishes for her friends.
Everyone on the team comes from different backgrounds, but we all have the same focus when we’re at work - delivering awesome solutions for our customers that help their businesses grow and succeed. Looking forward to getting to know you more and more - so feel free to post a note in the blog. We’d love to hear from you!
Wishing you growth and success in your business…

Hello,
I would like to use your contact manager, but I have 9 users, would that be possible?
Also, can my mobile/remoter users make quotes, sales orders and invoices through the Contact Manager interface?
Best regards,
Dennis
Hi Dennis,
We would be happy to help get you set up with Customer Manager with additional users. Please contact the team directly by submitting a Support Ticket: (1) go to http://customermanager.com/support.html, scroll down till you see “Submit a request to support”, click on the link to submit a request, and (2) fill out the details of your request and include the best time/method to reach you.
Customer Manager does not offer the ability to create financial transactions - but you can view important financial information in Customer Manager - like Invoices, Estimates, Payments, Past Due, etc by individual customer. If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to ask - either here on the Customer Manager Blog, on our Customer Manager Community Forum, or in the Support Ticket (see instructions above).
We look forward to working with you!
Sadie

Hi Gang,
I’m a long-time Qbooks user and even tried the Quickbase product but never really warmed to it. Here in Boston I consult to SMB clients and one has a particularly challenging customer data issue (might require serious database skills) — they need to track major capital projects by agency, engineering or lead contractor, cross-ref suppliers etc to see relationships.
Example - a Chicago transit agency is being advised by CONSULTANT on buying new buses from COMPANY, which has an INTEGRATOR using components from SUPPLIER and OTHERS. How deep can Customer Manager get into this chain?
Thanks
David Wallace
