    We’re excited to announce that you will soon be able to view and add prospects to your Customer Manager account through your Customer Manager for Mobile application!

    Save the effort of writing down customer contact information only to have to re-enter it into your computer when you return to the office. Impress your future client by adding them to your database from your mobile device. All the information you collect from the prospect is instantly added to your existing Customer Manager contact list, accessible from your phone and computer at anytime.

  • Sync Issue This Morning

    This morning at around 6:40am PST, an issue with sync was reported.  The sync team quickly responded with an investigation and the issue was fixed by 10:40am PST. During this time period, any scheduled syncs were queued up until the sync issue was resolved - at which point all queued syncs were processed.

    We place a priority on being there for you and your business, so you can rely on Customer Manager to run your business.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.  If you have any questions about your sync, please feel free to submit a help request to have a member of the team assist you.

    Maintenance Tuesday

    Happy New Year from the Customer Manager Team! We’ve been working hard to add new features and fix bugs so you can better track all your customer information in one place in Customer Manager .

    The Customer Manager application will get a tune-up this Tuesday January 5th starting at 6:00pm PST.  Sync with QuickBooks may be unavailable during the release, we apologize for any inconvenience.

We’ve combined all the beauty of the iPhone’s interface with the strong functionality of the Customer Manager for Mobile application to bring you the perfect tool for managing your customers when you’re away from your computer!

    Off-site shouldn’t mean out of reach! Customer Manager for Mobile lets you access key details when you’re visiting a customer or simply out of the office. Search for contact information, see open and past due balances for your QuickBooks® customers3, add and view notes, or see a map of a customer’s address1.

    “How do I get the app on my iPhone?” If you already attempted to register with your iPhone, all you have to do is click here and you will be directed to iTunes® to download the free application.

    If you have not created a mobile account yet, simply visit Intuit Customer Manager, log into your account and click the “Go Mobile” link under “Resources” on the right side of the page. By clicking the gold “Activate Now” icon, you will be guided through the rest of the process.

    First, we want to say THANK YOU to each of you! Thousands of you have signed up since we launched Beta. You have shared invaluable input, ideas and suggestions on how we can make the service better and we are so appreciative.

    Now that we are a paid service, we are more committed than ever to providing tremendous value for your investment and exceeding your expectations for Customer Manager, so we hope you’ll continue on the journey with us. Sign in now to update your customer profile from Beta user to paid customer.

    Updates to Customer Manager

These changes are a part of our move to remove the beta label and we hope this will make it even easier to sign in and use Customer Manager.  Leave a comment to let know what you think!
