    Dear Beta Customers:

Yesterday marked a huge milestone for Customer Manager! After 6 months and 8 major releases, we are making the official move from Beta to a paid service.

First, we want to say THANK YOU to each of you! Thousands of you have signed up since we launched Beta. You have shared invaluable input, ideas and suggestions on how we can make the service better and we are so appreciative.

Now that we are a paid service, we are more committed than ever to providing tremendous value for your investment and exceeding your expectations for Customer Manager, so we hope you’ll continue on the journey with us. Sign in now to update your customer profile from Beta user to paid customer.

So you must be wondering, “Okay, what happens now?”
As a token of our appreciation, we are offering an additional 30-days for our Beta Testers to make the transition to the paid service. What this means is that beta testers can continue to use Customer Manager without any interruptions for the next 30 days (till November 26th, 2009). We encourage you to subscribe to the paid service before November 26th to ensure your data is transferred seamlessly to the paid plan and you can continue to run your business without interruption.

How much does Customer Manager cost and what’s included?
Intuit Customer Manager is Free for your first 30-days and then just $9.95/month for up to 5 users - for more information, check our website. If you need to add more users, we can help. Please contact support directly. We continue to offer all the features you’ve already been using including access to Customer Manager for Mobile Beta, secure storage of your data, 24/7 access to your account and product support at no extra cost.

Once again, on behalf of the whole team at Customer Manager, we’d like to THANK YOU for your participation in our Beta and for helping us reach this incredible goal! We hope you’ll join us for this next chapter of growth!

    Cheers,

    Your Team at Customer Manager

There IS such a thing as FREE Beta

    Tuesday, July 28th, 2009

Still wondering if you should try Customer Manager Online Beta? We’d like to help make that decision a little bit easier. Lately, we’ve noticed a lot of questions and interest on our Community Forum around what we’re going to charge for Customer Manager after the Beta period is over.

First, we want to reassure you that our Beta is completely FREE….yes, we really mean FREE! Once you’ve signed up for the Beta, you can use Customer Manager Online as often and as much as you like. We won’t interrupt your service or expect anything more from you besides the occasional request for feedback on a feature or part of the service we are working on.  Really, it’s that simple. No catch.

As with all Intuit products and services, our team is dedicated to solving complex business problems with easy, simple and affordable solutions. While we haven’t yet landed on a specific pricing plan, what we can tell you is that our first pricing plan for Customer Manager Online won’t cost any more than it does to take your team out for a coffee once a month. So if your office has a budget for coffee, you already have the budget for us!

What’s more, when you transition from Beta to Paid, there will be no change in how you use the service, that means all of your information and your settings that you use today, will continue as normal. We are working hard to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.

So, if you haven’t already, try Customer Manager Online today. Its Free for now, and within your coffee budget after Beta. What have you got to lose?

    Cheers,

    Nazima
