    Dear Beta Customers:

Yesterday marked a huge milestone for Customer Manager! After 6 months and 8 major releases, we are making the official move from Beta to a paid service.

First, we want to say THANK YOU to each of you! Thousands of you have signed up since we launched Beta. You have shared invaluable input, ideas and suggestions on how we can make the service better and we are so appreciative.

Now that we are a paid service, we are more committed than ever to providing tremendous value for your investment and exceeding your expectations for Customer Manager, so we hope you’ll continue on the journey with us. Sign in now to update your customer profile from Beta user to paid customer.

So you must be wondering, “Okay, what happens now?”
As a token of our appreciation, we are offering an additional 30-days for our Beta Testers to make the transition to the paid service. What this means is that beta testers can continue to use Customer Manager without any interruptions for the next 30 days (till November 26th, 2009). We encourage you to subscribe to the paid service before November 26th to ensure your data is transferred seamlessly to the paid plan and you can continue to run your business without interruption.

How much does Customer Manager cost and what’s included?
Intuit Customer Manager is Free for your first 30-days and then just $9.95/month for up to 5 users - for more information, check our website. If you need to add more users, we can help. Please contact support directly. We continue to offer all the features you’ve already been using including access to Customer Manager for Mobile Beta, secure storage of your data, 24/7 access to your account and product support at no extra cost.

Once again, on behalf of the whole team at Customer Manager, we’d like to THANK YOU for your participation in our Beta and for helping us reach this incredible goal! We hope you’ll join us for this next chapter of growth!

    Cheers,

    Your Team at Customer Manager

Exciting news: We’re removing our beta label soon!

    Thursday, October 15th, 2009

Customer ManagerSome exciting news from Customer Manager. We will soon be coming out of beta thanks to a lot of hard work from our team and all the great feedback we’ve gotten from our Beta customers.

If you ARE a Beta customer… we can’t thank you enough for all the input and suggestions! We couldn’t have gotten this far without you and we sincerely hope that you’ll continue to use our service (and keep giving us feedback!). Look for more information from us through email and directly in Customer Manager letting you know about our transition. You’ll have plenty of time to understand what’s happening, while you continue using the service before the beta officially ends.

When you decide to continue on with Customer Manager your data will be transferred seamlessly from the Beta program to the new service, so you can continue to run your business without interruption.

It is an amazing time for us!

    Help us help you!

    Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

When you use new software, it’s possible you reach a point where you say, “How does that work?”  In a perfect world, you never get to that point.  But if you do, we want to make sure we’re right there to help you out.

We’d like you to take our survey and answer 7 short questions about your experience of getting help in Customer Manager Online. By taking this survey, we’ll be able to improve the way we help you!

Complete the survey and be automatically entered into a raffle to win a free $20.00 gift certificate! All surveys that include both a name and email address will be entered into the raffle. Three winners will be notified via email.

    Survey closes October 30, 2009 12:00am PST.

    Thank you!

    The Customer Manager Online Team
